Son’s birthday? Would you buy this? Some parents would.

Yep, teenage boy can be very tricky when it comes to birthdays. They want to be cool, so choosing a gift or party idea can be a big challenge to getting it right. A few things to keep in mind are your son age, personality, and his interests. Other questions to consider are, do  you invite friends or girls? Should you consider possible venues?

Whatever your challenges with your son’s birthday are I’m pretty sure you can solve by searching on Google.com. But, before you go searching, check out the ideas below.  They may even satisfy the toughest teen critics.

Surprise Party: A surprise party is always a fun and an easy option. The trick is keeping it a surprise. Recruit some help of a couple of your sons friends or family members to create a great guest list, choose a location – a cool restaurant in the city, for example, or box seating at a sporting event, or just have it at your home with a fun theme – and get your child to the designated location at the appointed time. Keep in mind here if your son would enjoy a surprise party or what his personality is like.
