LaBonge to Host Tourism Meeting, Talk About Hollywood Sign Wednesday

The councilmember will be hosting a meeting open to the public at the Hollywood Neighborhood City Hall beginning at 7 p.m.

Councilmember Tom Labonge will be hosting a community meeting on issues that affect Beachwood Canyon and Griffith Park on Wednesday evening.

Issues on the table for discussion include problems and challenges pertaining to the popularity of Griffith Park trails and The Hollywood Signs and the impacts of traffic. Also to be discussed are the proposed red curb areas in Beachwood Canyon and a proposal to open Park roads, which are currently closed.

Hollywood Neighborhood City Hall is located at 6501 Fountain Ave. (on the corner of Fountain Avenue and Wilcox Avenue). The meeting is on Wednesday and will begin at 7 p.m.
