Woman Arrested at 'American Pie' Actor's Home is Arraigned
A pretrial hearing date has been set for Roxana Bear.
A woman who is accused of barricading herself in the Hollywood Hills home of "American Pie" actor Eddie Kaye Thomas, was arraigned on Wednesday.
Roxana Bear, who also goes by the name, Sun Warner, is accused of keeping police at bay with a knife after apparently barricading herself in Thomas’ house last April.
Warner’s lawyer has expressed concerns in the past about Warner’s mental competency.

She has been charged with one felony count of vandalism and faces misdemeanor charges.
Warner was ordered to stay away from Thomas, 32, who is best known for his role as Paul Finch in the "American Pie" film series. She was also told to stay away from the actor's Hollywood Hills home.
Warner is now scheduled to return to court on Aug. 21 for a pretrial hearing.
