House Fire Reported in Laurel Canyon

Authorities report no one was injured in the blaze at the Hollywood Hills home.

Investigators are determining the cause of a fire that broke out Sunday in the attic of a multi-story home in the Hollywood Hills, authorities report.

The fire was reported at 4:49 p.m. in the 2300 block of Stanley Hills Drive, just west of Laurel Canyon Boulevard, said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Rescuers arriving at the scene reported fire showing from the residence, Scott said.

With 50 firefighters at the location, the flames were confined to the structure, Scott said.

No injuries were reported.
