Arraignment Scheduled for Suspect in Hollywood Nightclub Shooting

The 22-year-old is facing charges for the slaying of a man outside the Empire Club on Jan. 13, 2013.

A 22-year-old Los Angeles man is scheduled to be arrainged today in the shooting death of man outside a Hollywood nightclub last month.

Robert Earl Thomas, 22, was booked on suspicion of murder in the killing of 19-year-old Andre Lowe, who was fatally shot about 2 a.m. Jan. 13, according to Richard French of the Los Angeles Police Department said. 

Thomas was extradited from Las Vegas after police reviewed footage from the shooting that took place outside the Empire Club at 1716 North Cahuenga Blvd.

Video of the shooting was posted on the TMZ.com website.
