UPDATE: 3 Patients Transported from N. Crescent, West Sunset Apartment Fire

The fire was reported at 9:47 a.m. March 22 and fire was coming from a third-story window, LAFD spokeswoman Katherine Main said.

Update 11:42 a.m. Paramedics transported three patients from the scene of an apartment fire in a seven-story building on North Crescent Heights at West Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles County fire Inspector Quvondo Johnson said.

Celebrity website TMZ.com reported the unit was the home of 26-year-old "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene, who also starred in the TV series "Pan Am," according to City News Service.

The fire was reported at 9:47 a.m. March 22 at 1424 N. Crescent Heights Blvd. and fire was coming from a third-story window, LAFD spokeswoman Katherine Main said.

More than 60 firefighters, including Los Angeles County Fire personnel, responded, Main said. The fire was declared knocked down in less than 20 minutes.

The cause of the fire was being investigated.

The fire was reported at 9:47 a.m. March 22 at 8033 W. Sunset Blvd. and fire was coming from a third-story window, LAFD spokeswoman Katherine Main said.

More than 60 firefighters responded and three occupants of the apartment building were being evaluated for possible injuries, Main said. The fire was declared knocked down in less than 20 minutes.

The location was just east of North Crescent Heights Boulevard.
