Thousands of runners — some dressed in tutus, others as classic Hollywood personas like Marilyn Monroe — took over Hollywood Boulevard Saturday morning.
The inaugural Hollywood Half Marathon closed several major streets. The half marathon start line was at the Universal Hilton while the 5K and 10K race started on Hollywood Boulevard in front of the Hollywood & Highland Center.
