Second City Hollywood, ventures into new territory with “Undateable”. It’s not sketch. It’s not improv. It IS comedic. And it’s based on Real life people searching for love online.

After a phone call from a friend asking for advice, Robyn Lynne Norris created a crazy, insane cat lady profile and posted it on OK Cupid (the country’s most popular free online dating website). TracyLovesCats / 36 / Female / Straight / Los Angeles, California Only talked about her kitties. “I love KITTIES! If you don’t love kitties then you won’t love me. Beep, boop, beep, bop.”

Within days she received hundreds of messages from men. Robyn, single at the time, was shocked that such an “Undateable” personality could be so popular. She enlisted the help of her friend Bob Ladewig. They held a photoshoot with some friends and posted 38 Fake “Undateable” character profiles across the country in the top ten cities for online dating.
