Friday, November 23

The Larchmont Village Business Improvement District (BID) invites you to support Larchmont merchants and ring in the holidays at its Black Friday on the Block event, November 23.

Traditionally the biggest shopping day of the year, the day after Thanksgiving usually finds bargain hunters racing out to malls and big box retailers to stand in long lines starting as early as 5am.  But who needs such a harsh wake-up call after all that tryptophan and pie?  Starting at the more reasonable hour of 10am, Larchmont Village businesses will open their doors and provide area residents a variety of special offers  to encourage holiday shoppers to keep it local and support the Boulevard.

To kick things off, at precisely 10am, bells will ring along the block of Larchmont Boulevard that stretches from Beverly Blvd. to 1st Street.  Shoppers and area residents are encouraged to join in the fun and meet at the Wilshire Rotary Clock in front of the City parking lot to get their own bell and ring along.

Let’s show our support for our community and put our holiday dollars back on the Boulevard!
