Event: Aline Barnsdall’s 130th Birthday Art Sale

[PARKING UPDATE: Hollywood Blvd. will be closed to traffic from Vermont Ave. to Normandie Ave., as the Thai Festival will be happening. Parking for Barnsdall will be available in the paid Kaiser lot to the south of the hill (or street parking in the area is free) and entrance to the park from the lot can be easily accessed through the south elevator. Access the structure as follows: From Vermont, turn west onto E. Barnsdall Ave (1 block North of Sunset). The structure is located on the immediate left. Thanks, and see you on Sunday!]

On Sunday, the Barnsdall Art Center Student Advisory Committee (BACSAC) celebrates Aline Barnsdall’s 130th Birthday with an art sale showcasing the varied and talented artists enrolled in the Center.

The art sale will be held at the Barnsdall Junior Art Center Patio, 4800 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90027 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

All artwork will be for sale. View and shop for ceramics, jewelry, painting, photography, and printmaking. The sales from the art show benefit BACSAC’s educational programming for children and adults as well as advocacy efforts.
