Matthew Perry Sells Hollywood Hills Pad for $4.7M

The actor originally lists the home for $5,295,000.

Actor Matthew Perry has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $4.685 million, according to a Yahoo celebrity gossip blog.

The actor originally listed the home, at 2415 Carman Crest Dr., for $5,295,000.

According to Yahoo, Perry purchased the home in 2008 for $4.75 million.

The 4,100-square-foot, three-bedroom home has stunning white terrazzo floors and disappearing walls of glass. The residence also features a chic gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a home theater.
