Hollywood Boulevard to Close for 'Wonder Woman' Shoot

Also, Borders is holding its liquidation sale with items marked down 20 to 40 percent.

Weather: Expect mostly sunny skies with a high near 73 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight, mostly clear with a low around 53 degrees. Winds may gust as high as 15 mph.

Cheapest gas prices: According to LosAngelesGasPrices.com, the cheapest gallon of regular gas is $3.97 at the 76 gas station at 800 N. Western Ave. and Marathon Street. The second lowest price is $3.99 at the Arco gas station at  6100 Franklin Ave. and Gower Avenue.

Street closure: Wonder Woman begins its three day shoot in Hollywood today, according to NavigateHollywood.com. Hollywood Boulevard between Orange Drive and Highland Avenue will be closed overnight. Eastbound lanes will be closed at 4 p.m. Westbound lanes will be closed at 7 p.m. All lanes will reopen at 7 a.m. Wednesday. Also, the north and south curb lanes will close starting at 7 a.m. and will remain closed for the three day shoot.

A taste of Louisiana: Five0Four Hollywood is flying in 300 pounds of live Louisiana crawfish for its Saturday Crawfish boil from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The meal is $16 for more than a pound of crawfish and includes red potatoes and corn. Also on the menu: seven flavors of Abita beer served in a souvenir half-gallon glass growler,  Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka and a dozen specialty drinks previously available only on Bourbon Street.
