A woman and her dog were chased by a coyote at Debs Park, which sounds horrifying in and of itself. However, one of the comments helped to lighten the mood.

Angela barrales August 23, 2013 at 06:40 PM I think this the same coyote my husband saw a few days ago. He grew up on Mount Washington and is use to seeing coyotes, but this one was big. Once again coyotes were here first.

But empty vacant storefronts are an improvement over revenue goldmines like medical marijuana dispensaries according to Bob Gotham and his TERA know-it-alls. Most small businesses fail within the first 2 years anyway due to poor business planning and high costs. Huge corporations like CitiBanks and Starbucks are the only places that are able to stick around after a couple years. But yippeedoodle we got those Bike Lanes painted on now to increase the number of customers, right?
