The Hollywood Methodist Church, located at 6817 Franklin and Highland avenues has been hosting an Oscar party for the last 10 years. This year Patch dropped in to check it out.
"Our church being located just a block from the Kodak Theater makes it more fun. Sometimes people have been known to walk down and watch some of the arrivals and come over to the party afterward," said Katherine Burgers, an organizer of the Oscar party, told Patch.
