Dress for Success Seeks Volunteers

The organization looks for people with a variety of skills.

Dress for Success, a program committed to helping women get back on their feet, is looking for volunteers.

The not-for-profit organization, whose Western regional office is located at 1680 Vine St., has served more than 2,500 women since it opened four years ago.

Dress for Success aims to help women secure employment by giving them training for interviews, assistance with their resumes and business suits to wear when they go out on interviews.

Volunteers are needed to help in a variety of capacities, according to Dress for Success consultant Carla Quartiroli.

“We need the personal shoppers, people who can help out with donation days, career counseling and media or social media,” Quartiroli said.
