Shin BBQ serves authentic Korean fare. Menu items include kimchi fried rice, marinated Spencer steak or "bulgogi steak" and thick-sliced pork belly Seoul style. The chefs do not use MSG. The interior of the restaurant is sleek and modern, with a jellyfish behind the bar and bright red textured walls. Chef Simon Shin is a Los Angeles native and does true Korean food with an L.A. flare. It has an all-you-can-eat menu from Sunday to Thursday and has a bar menu, too. Don't forget to try Shin's "famous marinated ribs."
