Located on a tree-lined street and boasting some impressive renovations, the house once haunted by Freddy Krueger is anything but scary.
Years after its role as 1428 Elm Street in "A Nightmare on Elm Street," and actually located at 1428 North Genesee Ave. in Hollywood, the home is on the market for $2.1 million, Curbed L.A. reported.
Built in 1919, the home has undergone some major renovations at the hands of its current owner, who purchased it for $1.15 million in 2006, according to Curbed. Check out photos of the renovation process here.
The three-bedroom, three and a quarter-bathroom Spaulding Square residence has a pool, garden and guest house, as well as custom built-ins, walnut floors and a master suite with a floating spa tub, according to the Redfin listing.
