Hollywood Studio Neighborhood Council PLUM to Meet Saturday

The committee will discuss issuing support for a number of projects.

The Hollywood Studio District Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Management, or PLUM, Committee will meet Saturday morning to consider issuing a number of letters of support for various community projects.

On the committee's agenda is discussion and possible action and voting on the following:

A Citizens of the World Charter Schools project that would all the school to use existing Children's Club and Day Care property at 5620 De Longpre Ave. owned by the Assistance League for a charter school for up to 390 students in kindergarten through eighth grade.

A Kilroy Realty Columbia Square project at 6121 Sunset Blvd. The proposed plan in 650,000-square feet with a campus setting, though the project is entitled for 875,000-square feet.

A Sunset Bronson Studios project at 5800 W. Sunset Blvd. that includes a 13-story building, a five-story building and a 1,635-stall parking structure. The new developments will replace an existing parking lot and studio-related buildings.

The Hollywood Millennium project located adjacent to the Capitol Records Tower. The project encompasses approximately 4.47 acres.

The meeting will take place at 9:30 a.m. Saturday on the fourth floor of the Mayer Building, 5500 Hollywood Blvd.
