Congressman Seeks Outstanding Asian Pacific American Leader

This May, we celebrate the 20th anniversary of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. In recognition of the indelible contributions that Asian Pacific Americans have made to our nation, our state and our district, Representative Xavier Becerra (CA-31), Vice Chair of the House Democratic Caucus and member of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC), issued the following video statement.
