VIDEO: Hollywood Burglars Caught on Camera

The following is from the LAPD:

Los Angeles Police Detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects responsible for a rash of burglaries that have been occurring in the Hollywood Hills.

On December 8, 2013, around 6:30 p.m., officers were called to a residence in the 2000 block of Mound Street to investigate a burglary that had just occurred.  Surveillance video captured suspects entering onto the property of the victim’s home.  The suspects smashed a large window door to the rear of the home. The two suspects walked in and ransacked the residence taking the victim’s jewelry.  They fled the location jumping over the fence.

First suspect is described as a male black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 135 to 150 pounds,

18 to 23 years of age. He was seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, light color pants and dark shoes.

Second suspect is described as a male black, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 135 to 150 pounds,

18 to 23 years of age. He was seen wearing a red beanie, camouflage shirt vest with dark sleeves and stripe black and white shorts, wearing very unique clothing.

The police believe they are responsible for other burglaries in the area and are seeking the public’s help in identifying them.  The suspects are believed to be driving a light color Mercedes vehicle.
