Vehicle Crashes Off Hollywood Freeway
Firefighters free a female victim from the wreck while the crash prompts a closure of the northbound Highland Avenue exit.
A female whose car went over the side of the northbound Hollywood (101) Freeway in Hollywood was freed from the car by firefighters and taken to a hospital Tuesday night.
The crash was reported at 10:35 p.m. at the Highland Avenue exit, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters freed the victim from the wreckage shortly after 11 p.m., he said.

The crash closed the northbound Highland Avenue off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The female was the only person in the car when it crashed, according to CBS2.
