New Pretrial Hearing Date Set for Men Charged in Hollywood Nightclub Murder
The suspects are now scheduled to appear in court next month.
A pretrial hearing has been postponed for two men charged with murder in connection with a shooting caught on video outside of a Hollywood nightclub.
Robert Earl Thomas III and Andre Storey made a court appearance on Thursday.
They are both charged in the murder of 19-year-old Andre Lowe near the Empire Club in Hollywood last January.
Police say Lowe was gunned down outside of the club, located at 1716 North Cahuenga Blvd., after a fight that began inside spilled out onto the street.
The pretrial hearing for both men is now scheduled to take place on July 12.
