A man dressed in a "Terminator 2" costume was taken into custody Monday afternoon after he was spotted carrying a toy gun near Hollywood High School.
No arrests were made and no real weapons were found on the man, LAPD officers said, adding he was a street performer on his way to work.
The man will remain in custody while an investigation is performed.
Students at the school are currently on winter break.
