Fire Damages 3-Story Apartment Building in Hollywood

At least two people are being evaluated for minor smoke inhalation.

A fire damaged a three-story apartment building in Hollywood Wednesday.

The fire in the 1700 block of North Sycamore Avenue was reported about 1:45 p.m. and put out in 22 minutes, Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

The damage was concentrated in a first-floor unit, he said.
