Driver Injured After Plunging Off Mulholland Drive
The victim crawls from the car about 50 feet down a hillside and is then hoisted to the road in a basket.

A woman was injured when the car she was driving went 50 feet over the side of Mulholland Drive in the Hollywood Hills Thursday night.
The crash was reported around 7:15 p.m. in the 8000 block of Mulholland Drive, near Laurel Canyon Boulevard, said Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The victim crawled from the car about 50 feet down a hillside and was then hoisted to the road in a basket before being taken to a hospital in fair condition, Main said.
The driver was a woman who called police on her cellphone after crashing, reported KCAL9.
