KWEI QUARTEY discusses & signs MURDER AT CAPE THREE POINTS

A prominent couple in Cape Three Points, Ghana has been murdered.  Based on the evidence, it appears the killers were trying to send a message that only Detective Inspector Darko Dawson can cipher.  He reluctantly leaves his wife and kids to solve the case on the beautiful shore, and quickly realizes that he's in for more than he bargained for.  Three Points has long been inhabited by tribal villages of subsistence fishers, but real estate entrepreneurs and wealthy oil companies have been trying to bribe the tribes to move out. Dawson roots out a host of motives for murder, ranging from personal vendettas to corporate conspiracies.
