This collective summer showcase includes a wide variety of arts, such as, live painting, photography, mixed-media, art, live performance (choreographed dance performance), fashion, and music.

The artist will be displaying their work in the English courtyard under canopied rooms alongside a pair of reflecting fountain pools, one ending in a 20 foot tall fireplace. Art work will also be displayed in the "manor library" with DLP projection screens displaying dynamic images that takes guests inside Boulevard3. The library opens to a 7,500-sq. ft., three-level ballroom, including a 1,500-sq. ft. dance floor and runway stage.

The vision is to bridge the gap between Art, Photography, Fashion, Innovation, and Music. To expose diverse audiences to mixed media, music, and art through the collective collaboration of this event. To pursue what is relevant to the art process today, to encourage the development of artists, and to foster the concepts that identify to the urban market. Working collaboratively with artists and others in the creation of this unique experience. Guided by our passion to nurture the creative process, creation of artworks that are in dialogue with the physical, social, and cultural spheres between artists showcasing and supporting emerging artists through a collaborative exhibition.
