Last time we heard from Yamashiro about their Thursday night market, they announced .
Now comes word that Chef Brock Kleweno is switching up the menu of Yamashiro Grill. Instead of offering tacos, as he has the past two years, he's putting a spin on sliders, priced at $3 a piece. Each order will be served with homemade potato chips and sides of sambal chili ketchup and/or shiso ranch dressing.
On the menu:
- Shortrib Slider with Yamashiro Homemade BBQ Sauce
- Jidori Chicken Slider with Caramelized Onion & Almonds and Shiso-Pesto
- Kurobuta Pork Carnitas with Scallion and Honey Mustard
- Crab Slider with Remoulade and 5-spice corn salsa
