Wednesday's Report: Exclusively Hollywood

On tap for today are sunny weather, a partial street closure on Hollywood Boulevard and condo construction.

1) Weather: It will be sunny today with a high near 69 degrees and a northerly wind between 5 and 10 mph, according to the National Weather Service Tonight will be mostly clear, with a low around 48 degrees and a calm wind.

2) Lowest gas prices: The cheapest gas in Hollywood, as of Tuesday night, is $3.33 a gallon for unleaded and $3.65 for premium at the Mobil gas station at 5700 Hollywood Blvd. near Wilton Place, according to LosAngelesGasPrices.com.

3) Street Closures: From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., the south curb lane of Hollywood Boulevard between Sycamore Avenue and Orange Drive will be closed for "M5 filming," according to the Department of Transportation.

4) Construction: Building construction zones in Hollywood continue to be in effect at The Jefferson, a 270-unit condo complex near Highland Avenue and Yucca Street, as well as at the 180-unit, mixed-use Madrone Project on La Brea Avenue near Hollywood Boulevard. And further east, on Hollywood Boulevard at Argyle Avenue, work continues on the mixed-used condo development Blvd. 6200 Project, according to the Department of Transportation.
