Turkey Drive Benefits Low-Income Residents

The turkey drive will be held 4-7 p.m. Monday at 1678 North Western Ave.

A turkey drive to benefit residents of the Hollywood Community Housing Corporation will be held Monday.

This year's drive, hosted by Muse Lifestyle Group, will be held 4-7 p.m. at Hollywood Metro, 1678 North Western Ave.

Turkeys will be given to all Hollywood Community Housing Corporation residents, who are mostly low-income, previously homeless, seniors or those from HIV positive households. Residents will also receive traditional Thanksgiving sides.

Monday's event will include silent movies and music, as well as food and children's activities.

"It's an honor to give back to the community and to partner with an organization like HCHC for a fourth consecutive year," Rob Vinokur, owner of Muse Lifestyle Group, said in a statement.
