'Total Recall' Premiere Prompts Closure of Hollywood Boulevard

Wednesday's movie premiere at Grauman's Chinese Theatre makes way for red carpet arrivals.

The premiere of Total Recall is prompting a partial street closure of Hollywood Boulevard Wednesday.

The movie starring Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel will make its debut at Grauman's Chinese Theatre this evening.

Starting at 10 a.m. the westbound lanes of Hollywood Boulevard between Highland Avenue and Orange Drive will be closed and will re-open at 1 a.m. on Thursday, according to Navigate Hollywood.

Additionally, the north sidewalk will be closed from 5 p.m. through approximately 6:30 p.m. in front of the Grauman's.

Drivers who typically drive down Hollywood Boulevard during rush hour should take note and take an alternative route.
