Deal: Goldstar has tickets to select dates of Shrek the Musical at the Pantages Theater for $40.50, normally $78. Tickets are selling out for this deal, but as of publication, tickets for the July 14 and July 15 performances were still available. The address for the theater is 6233 Hollywood Blvd., 90028.

Deal: The Magic Castle is offering one-month trial memberships for $100. During the trial period the door fee will be waived for the member and one guest. The trial-membership can be converted into a full-membership and the $100 will be credited toward the cost of membership. The Magic Castle is located at 7001 Franklin Ave., Hollywood, 90028.

Deal: Goldstar is providing a free reserved section for its members at the Shakespeare Festival at the Griffith Park Old Zoo. Available for purchase are tickets for $10 to a barbeque picnic dinner. The festival has performances June 30 through August 28. This year will feature three plays: The Merry Wives of Windsor, Love’s Labour’s Lost and Hamlet. Deal: Goldstar has tickets for West Side Story at the Hollywood bowl for $25 to $26, normally $31 to $32. The recently re-mastered film will be screened on July 8 and 9 and the Los Angeles Philharmonic will accompany the film’s score. The Hollywood Bowl is located at 2301 N. Deal: The Hollywood & Highland center has introduced the new Elephant card, which provides a multitude of deals including shopping, entertainment, dining and spa at the massive shopping center. Sign up for the card here. The shopping center is located at the corner of Hollywood and Highland and the parking garage entrance is on the west side of Highland Avenue, with an additional entrance on Orange Drive.
