Lindsay Lohan Settles Lawsuit With Paparazzo

A paparazzo alleges Lohan's driver ran into him in Hollywood two years ago.

Lindsay Lohan and a paparazzo have settled his lawsuit that alleged the "Mean Girls" star was partially responsible for injuries he received when struck by a car in which the actress was a passenger.

Grigor Balyan alleged the driver, Paola Demara, bumped him with the car as he was taking photographs of Lohan on Jan. 10, 2010, outside a Hollywood club on Cahuenga Boulevard.

Balyan's attorney, Neil Steiner, filed a notice of settlement Friday with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Sohigian. No terms were divulged.
