VAL KILMER'S ONE MAN SHOW

• Where/When: Hollywood Forever - Masonic Lodge, Friday-Sunday, 8 p.m.
• What: Val Kilmer stars in Citizen Twain, a one-man show that he wrote and directed. The play is about author Mark Twain and Mary Baker Eddy, the founder of Christian Science. He called it a "dual biography" in an interview with The Huffington Post.

ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN LAUNCH

• Where/When: , Saturday, 12 - 4 p.m.
• What: Marvel Universe hits Disney XD in April. To celebrate, the first full episode of Ultimate Spider-Man will be screened at Meltdown. Take advantage of a free comic book giveaway and signing as well as a Q&A with the show's executive producer and characters. Of course, Spider-Mad will be there.

OPENING NIGHT: NEW MATTER

• What: Ecclesia Hollywood hosts a reception with live music and hors d'oeuvres to celebrate the unveiling of work from local artists.

SETH & ED'S PUPPET SHOW

• Where/When: Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, Saturday, 10 p.m.
• What: Join Ed Helms (The Office, The Hangover) and Seth Morris (Curb Your Enthusiasm) as they host a real live talk show, with real live puppets.

• What: Hollywood's newest frozen yogurt shop, Frog, celebrates its grand opening with a photo booth, raffle prizes and t-shirt printing.
