Restaurants Confirmed for Sunset & Dine

The Sunset & Vine Business Improvement District (BID) is gearing up for its first-ever Sunset & Dine event, taking place Thursday, June 7th, at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences' (AMPAS) Academy Hollywood campus at 6322 Delongpre Ave., from 5-9 p.m.

The $20 ticket, available online at www.sunsetdine.com, includes two drink tickets good for beer and wine, and access to food samples from local restaurants. 

Confirmed participants to date include Balcones del Peru, Blue Palms Brewhouse, The Bowery, Cake Buzz, Delancey, Doomie's Home Cookin', Fabiolus Cucina, K & L Wines, Lexington Social House, McDonalds on Vine, Mission Cantina, Off Vine Restaurant, , , , and Vine Street Deli.  More restaurants are being added daily.

The event's gold sponsors include , The Aileen Getty Foundation and .  Community sponsors include , , , and .  Bronze sponsors include Mike Morrison, NthoNet, Inc., and Paramount Contractors & Developers.

In addition to celebrating community and cuisine, the event will commemorate the recent renewal of the Sunset & Vine BID.  To help illustrate the BID's presence, local art students at were drafted to design new pole banners.  All their designs will be on display, and the teams behind the four winning designs will be honored at the event.  Art instructor Justice O'Neil coordinated the project.

Parking for the event is available at the ArcLight structure, with entrances on Ivar Avenue and DeLongpre Avenue.  The event entrance will be right next to 6322 DeLonpre Avenue.
