Community Update

I don't usually write yelp reviews, but I wanted to warm whoever I possibly could.

I lived in this apartment for a few years and it was fine. HOWEVER, recently, there was been a change of management and this place is a DISASTER. There is no heat (it's been out for months and management keep scamming the city into thinking it's fixed), the electricity goes out periodically (because it's an old electrical grid that the building refuses to change), the elevator hasn't worked for ages (despite them saying it will be fixed immediately), and to add insult to injury the laundry room is out of service. I moved out due to all these issue and more. Dealing with the landlord and new manager has been a nightmare. She speaks like a high school kid. I would NOT recommend living here. The owners do not respect the tenants. Oh, and if that doesn't seem like enough of a nightmare, there have been several cases of bed bugs and every unit has serious roach problems.
