Starbucks Now Brewing at Hollywood and Vine
Take a peek inside the new location's design, which includes subtle nods to the neighborhood.
Friday marks the first day that Starbucks is up and running on the ground-level of the Taft Building on Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street.
The shop was bustling with customers early in the afternoon. Some quickly grabbed their drink to-go, others stopped to take in the new space.

With its high-ceilings, the shop's interior has the feel of an urban loft, a nod to the intersection's abundance of loft-living spaces.
The coffee shop is located at 6290 Hollywood Blvd.

Based on the number of people who were inside, the shop seems to be a welcome addition to the area. The shop opened without much fanfare. Patch heard of no official opening event.
