New Sushi Bar Coming to Hollywood & Highland

Co-Oishi is slated to open in the fall.

A new Japanese restaurant is moving into the Hollywood & Highland Center.

When Co-Oishi opens its doors in the fall, the space will include a 30-foot long sushi bar, shabu shabu cooking tables and hibachi grill.

Owners Charlie and Nat Sukitjavanich have tapped Spacecraft Group to design the 5,600-square-foot restaurant.
