A traffic hazard involving at least one vehicle was reported Friday afternoon on the Hollywood (101) Freeway just north of Melrose Avenue.
The hazard was reported at 5:30 p.m. May 17 and involved a white vehicle in the number three lane, according to the California Highway Patrol.
