Hollywood, CA, Sept, 2012 --The second annual Aliens to Zombies Convention will be held at the W Hotel in Hollywood on Oct. 29 and 30 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. The W Hotel is located at  6250 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, California 90028.


 The event features panels, a costume party, film screenings and exhibitors examining everything from A to Z in the world of science fiction, horror and the post-apocalyptic world in pop culture.

Fans interested in attending the Aliens to Zombies Convention for FREE can win two tickets to the event by entering a “Think You Know Your Monsters? Contest.”


The first 100 people who submit a list in alphabetical order FROM A to Z of famous monsters, science fiction favorites, and legendary actors & performers from the worlds of sci-fi/fantasy/horror, will win two free tickets to the event.

Events for the Aliens to Zombies Convention include:


MONDAY, Oct. 29th:


Aliens to Zombies Film Festival: 9-11 PM


TUESDAY, Oct. 30th:


Doors to Aliens to Zombies Convention open at 6pm. Attendees dressed in Costumes attend FREE.


Master Monster-Maker Cleve Hall from the hit SyFy TV Series “Monster Man” will judge arriving audience members for a “Best Costume” event .


Panels between 6:30- 9 PM include “Talking about the Fantastic,” “Women in Horror & Sci-Fi” and “MonsterVerse Talks About Comics”


The Aliens to Zombies Convention is produced by JM Northern Media, a Los Angeles-based company whose properties include the New York Book Festival, San Francisco Book Festival and the DIY Convention: Do it Yourself in Film, Music & Books.
