Town Hall Meeting Scheduled Monday for the Hollywood Community Plan

City planning officials will brief the community on the community plan and what its environmental impact report mean for Hollywood Monday night.

A key long-term planning document that provides guidelines on land use, housing, public services and more in Hollywood is in the process of receiving it's first update.

As the draft Hollywood Community plan and its draft environmental impact report are in its review stage, officials are seeking public input at a town hall meeting scheduled on Monday night and through the public comment deadline on June 1.

Mary Richardson and Kevin Keller with the city's planning department will present the proposed update to the Hollywood Community Plan and draft Environmental Impact Report at the meeting.

This is an opportunity for residents to hear about the proposed plan from city officials, ask questions on how this may impact their neighborhood and make comments.

The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. at United Methodist Church, 6817 Franklin Ave. Parking is available on site.
