At 6:30 p.m., Arcade Fire is expected to perform a "surprise" concert outside the Capitol Records building in Hollywood to mark the release of its album "Reflektor."

Los Angeles police are advising motorists to avoid the area around Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street, since a large crowd is expected to gather for the event. Southbound Argyle Street is closed in the area, as is Vine Street.
