Record Crowd Turns Out For Franklin Village Street Fair
The 8th Annual Franklin Village Street Fair brings out more than 1,500 people for a Sunday afternoon filled with food, music and a marathon of comedy.
A record crowd turned out at the Franklin Village Street Fair on Sunday.
Organizers estimate more than 1,500 people enjoyed food, local bands and a marathon of comedy from the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
The event was held on the 5900 block of Franklin Avenue from noon to 6 p.m. and raised money for Fire Station 82, Cheremoya Elementary and People Assisting the Homeless.
