The city leaders plan a Tuesday meeting to discuss issues related to tourists navigating residential neighborhoods.

City leaders will meet Tuesday to discuss options with residents who are concerned about tourists navigating through neighborhoods to catch a glimpse of the world-famous Hollywood Sign.

A Los Angeles Times article looks at the disputes between opposing homeowners associations and their efforts to push tourists away from their own neighborhoods and into other ones.

Tuesday's meeting starts at 4 p.m. at , 6501 Fountain Ave.

I wish I could attend this meeting, I will be working. There is nothing wrong with people visiting the area to see the sign. The problem is the unsafe stopping, driving, parking and crossing. There should be police patrolling the area to keep them from stopping on unsafe curbs, from parking every direction( or 3 feet from the curb) and from standing in the middle of the street taking pictures & running into the street with out looking. Imagine the amount of dollars the tickets would bring in for the city! Win Win...
