The L.A. Times reports a home in the Hollywood Hills West "bird streets" neighborhood where John Lennon once lived has sold for $4.2 million.
Lennon lived in the 4,520-square-foot home with four bedrooms and four bathroom for 18 months sometime in mid '70s during a separation from Yoko Ono, according to the report.
The realtor representing the buyer said the celebrity connection linked with the home did not influence his client's decision to buy the property.
