Cheapest gas: According to LosAngelesGasPrices.com, the cheapest gallon of regular gas is $4.06 at the Mobil gas station at 57oo Hollywood Boulevard and Wilton Place. The second next lowest price is $4.07 at  6228 Franklin Ave. and Argyle Avenue.

Footprint ceremony: Academy Award-winning actress Helen Mirren is set to sink her hands and feet into the cement outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre early this afternoon. The timing of the ceremony coincides with the upcoming release of her latest movie, Arthur. Mirren will be introduced by Russell Brand, her co-star in the film, which opens April 8.

Neighborhood meeting: The Central Hollywood Neighborhood Council meets tonight to discuss public safety, beautification efforts and planning issues in the community. The meeting begins at 6:15 p.m. in the large conference room at Hollywood City Hall, 6501 Fountain Ave.
