I hope they put it in front of the abandoned and unoccupied eyesore building the CBS used to be located in before they fled Hollywood. No harm intended towards the work of Bill Geist. Maybe Leslie Moonves could put part of his $57 Million salary towards cleaning up this Historical building and securing the site. But I'm sure they are waitng for the "mysterious Fire of unknown origin" that seems to happen at so many of these buildings in Hollywood that have Historical significance and then become part of the CRA driven "multi-use" multi-ugly plan.
