There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in Wednesday night's drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery and the estimated jackpot for Saturday's drawing will grow to $50 million.

A ticket with five numbers, but missing the Powerball number was sold at the Whitley Heights Market in Hollywood and is worth $465,539, the Multi-State Lottery Association, which conducts the game, announced.

There were three other tickets sold with five numbers, but missing the Powerball number, and each are worth $1 million. They were sold in Maryland and Wisconsin.

There was one $2 million Match 5 Power Play winning ticket sold in New York.

California law requires major payoffs of lottery games to be paid on a pari-mutuel basis.

The numbers drawn Wednesday night were 9, 31, 35, 41, 57 and the Powerball number was 26. The estimated jackpot was $40 million.

The drawing was the first since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.

The odds of matching all five numbers and the Powerball number is 1 in 175,223,510, according to the Powerball website. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 31.85.

The Powerball game is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
