Hollywood celebrities often hire Akbar Mashti, Inc. to cater cast parties. The company provides ice cream for over 200 restaurants in Southern California. In addition to the classic Rosewater flavors, Akbar Mashti employs other exotic tastes like saffron, cardamom and orange blossom.
