Amoeba to Celebrate Record Store Day

The fifth annual celebration aims to promote the culture and role record stores play in a community.

3PM ††† [DJ Set]
 ††† (Crosses) is Chino Moreno (Deftones), Shaun Lopez (Far) & Chuck Doom from Los Angeles, CA.  In honor of Record Store Day 2012, the band is releasing a limited 7" Double A-Side.

6-8PM David Lynch Foundation (at Space15Twenty)
David Lynch Foundation & Amoeba Music celebrate Music That Changes The World with an RSD party! Live performances from Ben LeeGeeta Novotny & Phil Soussan. Plus guest DJs Gary Calamar (89.9 KCRW) and Mimi Chen (100.3 The Sound). There will be special coffee drinks courtesy of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and a cool RSD photo booth (donations to the David Lynch Foundation are appreciated and encouraged)!

This event is open to the public, but space is limited. Wristbands will be available at Space15Twenty at 5pm on Saturday.
